Blommer is seeking an experienced finance leader to provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to the General Manager and leadership team at the Greenville site. The role oversees inventory controls, month-end close, payroll journal entries, and manufacturing cost reporting, with emphasis on accurate financial reporting and cost reduction initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial analysis with leadership in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP S/4

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial analysis and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and guidance for the General Manager and leadership team at the site.
• Oversee inventory controls, month end reporting, and count reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and company-wide reports.
• Monitor cash flow and oversee capital expenditures.
• Lead month-end close and ensure adherence to accounting procedures.
• Perform data analytics to aid business decisions.
• Collaborate with plant accounting teams for standardization.
