Job summary

B. Braun is seeking a Plant Controller to lead all financial and accounting operations at the site, balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day accounting tasks. You will guide month-end close, budgeting, cash forecasting, and internal controls while partnering with leadership to drive financial insight.

The role requires a hands-on approach in a manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting business decisions with thorough analyses and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years related experience and/or training; 3+ years as Accounting Manager or Controller preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
• Oversees the preparation of financial statements and filings in compliance with GMP.
• Conducts ad hoc analyses of the plant's finances and prepares reports to facilitate decision making.
• Develops internal controls and oversees audits of policies and procedures.
