Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or Business required.
• 5+ years accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with SAP, BIW and HFM desirable.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close process and plant-level forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze data to compare actual manufacturing results with objectives.
• Identify cost-savings opportunities and track progress of initiatives.
• Provide data-driven analysis to senior business-unit professionals.
• Support audits and internal controls; SOX compliance.
• Develop plant standard costing and review product standard costs.
