Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or Business required.
• 8+ years accounting/finance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP, BI Warehouse and HFM desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly plant closing and financial statement review.
• Forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis at the plant level.
• Support cost-savings initiatives and track progress.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management.
• Oversee internal controls and SOX compliance for the plant.
• Manage inventory controls and asset records.
