Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry, headquartered in Albany, Oregon, seeks a Plant Controller to join our Finance and Manufacturing teams. This role partners with plant leadership, delivering financial guidance, cost control, and data-driven insights to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.

You will bridge finance and operations across multiple locations. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, and inventory valuation, while collaborating with Operations and Supply Chain on capital

Qualifications

Six years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Four years of experience leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for manufacturing operations across plant locations.
Coordinate BOMs, routings, labor rates, and overhead allocations in ERP; analyze plant performance and present P&L statements and KPI dashboards.
Maintain standard costing methodologies and inventory valuation processes for accurate reporting.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to evaluate capital investments and inform pricing and strategic decisions.
Provide financial guidance and performance analysis to plant and department leaders; support audits and internal controls.
