Job summary

Winston Staffing is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to partner on our Independence manufacturing site. You will own daily controllership and budget management, and serve as the go-to financial partner for site leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in supply chain finance (CPG a plus), advanced Excel, and ERP experience (SAP preferred). You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting cycles, month-end close, and drive insights across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; supply chain finance preferred; CPG a plus.
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Strong relationship-building skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own daily controllership and budget management for the site
• Drive financial performance through strategic insights and operational support
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and actuals reporting
• Lead month-end close, fixed assets, and costing in partnership with our Supply Chain Financial Services team
• Analyze transfer prices and turn the drivers into actionable insights
• Keep forecasting sharp and budget holders engaged
