Job summary

Eaton in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico seeks a Finance/Accounting Analyst to be a business partner to the Plant Manager, delivering timely financial information on the production load plan, site expenses, cost savings initiatives, headcount, and key metrics.

Responsibilities cover month-end close, forecasts, profit plans, system upgrades, internal controls, and staff development within a CIF culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor month-end closing, variance analysis, and balanced scorecard.
• Support forecast and profit plan processes with reports and reviews.
• Lead systems implementation and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance; train finance staff.
