IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver accurate financial and operational insights. The role uses JDE ERP, Excel, and Power BI to develop reports, analyze performance, and support Sales budgeting and commission calculations.

This is an on-site position at 6 Denny Rd, Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in FP&A or accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or related field.
• Direct experience working with JDE ERP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI, including creating, maintaining, and utilizing dashboards and reports.
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring reporting and commission deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and distribute scheduled Shared Services reporting, including DSO, rebate accuracy, and invoicing scorecard.
• Analyze reporting results to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Automate and enhance recurring reports and dashboards to improve efficiency.
• Assist with Sales Budget Planning, data gathering, analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Prepare Actual vs. Budget reporting for Sales, Rebates, and other key areas.
• Calculate and validate monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual sales commissions.
