Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Read and interpret safety rules, schematics, blueprints, manuals.
• Write routine reports and communicate effectively.
• Speak before groups of customers or employees.
• Strong problem solving and reading/writing abilities.
• Perform heavy physical labor and safety compliant work.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems and equipment.
• Track labor, parts, and machine history in CMMS.
• Complete maintenance documentation and logs.
• Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration, boiler, wastewater systems.
• Electrical repairs on facility systems and safety compliance.
• Work alone or in a team and follow directions.
