Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facility infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct all plant maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Plan, prioritize and assign maintenance work based on business needs.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and other infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and performance.
• Supervise construction, expansions, renovations and remodeling projects.
• Manage environmental programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead safety initiatives and support EHS training and programs.
• Oversee building systems, grounds, and site utilities; prepare winter readiness.
• Maintain security cameras and building automation systems.
