Job summary

KI in Bonduel seeks a Plant Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations, drive environmental compliance, and strengthen site safety across our manufacturing campus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facility infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and facility uptime.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and other critical infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and equipment performance.
• Manage environmental programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Maintain environmental records, reports, investigations, and corrective action documentation.
• Partner with environmental consultants and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Lead employee training and support continuous improvement initiatives related to environmental stewardship.
• Serve as a key leader in advancing a strong safety culture throughout the facility.
• Participate in accident, injury, and near-miss investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with the Safety Manager and Human Resources to support EHS programs and required training.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate winter operations, including snow removal, salting, and severe weather readiness.
• Ensure the integrity and maintenance of roofs, exterior walls, foundations, windows, and other building components.

What You'll Do
