Job summary

The Plant Engineering and Maintenance Leader at New Horizons Baking Company will develop and implement manufacturing engineering processes to improve efficiency and profitability. You will lead Maintenance Managers and Technicians, drive TPM, and promote continuous improvement across our Columbus operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience implementing TPM and CI across multiple plants.
• Manufacturing leadership with results delivery and standardization of processes.
• Strong TPM and PM/AM/FI knowledge and systems.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing/continuous improvement roles.
• Experience leading project teams in consumer-packaged goods.
• Strong analytical mindset and project management.
• Proven track record of measurable financial savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop PM capability within TPM pillar and drive zero losses across functions.
• Set policies to achieve EHS objectives and foster incident-free workplace.
• Own PM pillar systems and integration into daily routines.
• Drive productivity by reducing machine and M&R losses and achieving OEE goals.
• Direct maintenance, engineering, MRO, purchasing, and reliability efforts across multiple sites.
• Ensure 24x7 manufacturing readiness with preventive and responsive maintenance programs.
