Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with TPM and plant maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of CMMS, work orders, and spares processes.
• Ability to manage supervisors and hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee wastewater treatment systems.
• Prepare and administer department budget for maintenance.
• Manage all processes to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead an engineering staff and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Support EHS programs and capital projects.
• Provide on-call and emergency response support.
