Job summary

The role requires 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work overtime and multiple shifts. Fully on-site in Brownwood, TX.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Four (4) years of Industrial Maintenance experience in a multi-craft mechanical/electrical or controls maintenance position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and protect assets at the Brownwood, TX facility.
• Troubleshoot, modify, fabricate, weld, and repair plant utility and process equipment with engineering/production staff.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on drives, motors, pumps, hoists, boilers, compressors, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, AC/DC electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, motors, and controls.
• Assist in developing plans to correct equipment deficiencies and improve reliability.
• Work overtime, on-call, and various shifts as assigned.
