Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Plant Engineering Senior Supervisor to lead maintenance and facilities operations at the Nevada plant, driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will oversee asset management, capital projects, and a cross-functional team, collaborating with engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, HR, and operations to deliver reliable plant performance.

This onsite role offers relocation assistance and up to 5% travel to support a growing manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of plant maintenance or manufacturing experience; or an Associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience of at least 2 years required.

Role:

Plant Engineering Senior Supervisor responsible for leading maintenance and facilities operations at the Nevada plant, fostering safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance, implement asset management and reliability frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, HR, operations), lead and develop the plant engineering team, and oversee capital planning and maintenance activities.
