• Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, safety-first mindset, and structured problem-solving.

• Supporting or leading plant operations to achieve goals in safety, quality, and cost optimization.
• Designing and implementing manufacturing processes to enhance uptime and performance.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
