Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• 7-10+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience.
• 3-5+ years leadership experience managing managers or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement.
• Reliability / Asset Care systems.
• Manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategically deploy BD Excellence principles across site engineering.
• Lead Strategy Deployment and site master plan alignment.
• Drive Zero Loss and continuous improvement within engineering.
• Collaborate on asset care, reliability, and performance improvements.
• Integrate BD Excellence standards and governance with engineering.
• Develop a high-performing engineering organization and talent.
• Provide cross-functional leadership with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and EHS.
