EMP Trust HR Solutions is seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to lead engineering and maintenance teams within our rice milling operations. This role partners with operations to maintain efficient processes while upholding safety and food safety standards, and oversees both capital budgets and repair expenses.

Candidates should hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or an agricultural sciences field, possess strong communication and computer skills, and be willing to travel within a 150-mile

Qualifications

• Must have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Biological related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Willingness to travel; most travel within a 150-mile radius of the main office.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push, pull and crawl throughout the day.
• Ability to ride man-lifts and climb heights up to 200 feet.
• Comfort in extreme temperatures; PPE use and safety policies adherence.
