Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work days and/or nights, including weekends and call out.
• CMMS experience with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting background.
• Willingness to climb up to 200 feet and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Fluent in reading, speaking, and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance staff and daily work, including staffing and scheduling.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with the operations staff and enforce safety policies.
• Use CMMS to schedule, track, and develop preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and food safety policies.
• Address unscheduled repairs and support continuous improvement with operations.
