Tate Americas, a leading provider in integrated data center solutions, seeks a Plant Engineering Manager in Pocahontas, AR. You will oversee engineering, maintenance, and reliability initiatives, driving safety, efficiency, and budget compliance across plant operations.

Responsibilities include leading a team of engineers, managing capital projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, data center, or mission critical environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of server technology, electrical infrastructure, and cooling systems.
• Experience with energy efficiency, audits, or optimization preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or leading teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of engineers to achieve performance, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Plan, budget, and manage capital improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to optimize plant performance.
• Develop solutions to operational and technical challenges while maintaining compliance.
• Ensure plant utility systems operate safely and efficiently.
