Responsibilities

• Regularly audit the different plants, propose plans of action, and ensure they are followed through.
• Create plans to improve efficiencies, reduce labor and downtime costs.
• Conduct skills assessments at different sites.
• Identify opportunities or gaps in safety, quality, reliability and cost.
• Provide general technical expertise for different maintenance teams.
• Be a liaison between maintenance teams and plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel frequently across the US.
• 7+ years of management experience within maintenance.
• Experience within a food manufacturing plant, ideally a dairy facility.
• Experience with Rockwell control systems.
