Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering & Maintenance to lead the engineering and maintenance functions at a high-volume Lakeland, FL facility. This role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, and capital project execution to improve plant performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive manufacturing leadership experience, strong budget management skills, and a track record of delivering safety-focused improvements in complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading engineering or maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• 5+ years managing engineering capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience managing budgets including CAPEX.
• Demonstrated leadership in manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations for the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Drive equipment reliability initiatives and continuous improvement across the facility.
• Lead capital projects from planning through execution within safety, schedule, and budget.
• Manage budgets for Engineering and Maintenance departments.
