Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager for Zatarain's Plant in Gretna, LA. You will lead Project Engineering, Process Engineering, Building Maintenance, Security, and Maintenance Operations to achieve reliability and cost improvements.

You will drive capital projects, safety, quality, and sanitation initiatives, while collaborating with plant leadership to maximize facility benefits. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in manufacturing leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing.
• At least 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries with progressive leadership.
• Experience with CMMS and preventative maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of PC, PLC, and robotics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Engineering, Maintenance, and related teams.
• Develop and manage capital budgets and resource planning.
• Drive safety, quality, and sanitation improvements and downtime reduction.
• Standardize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
