Job summary

This position reports to the Director of Engineering and will lead a group that provides Process, Mechanical and Structural engineering support, calculations, and equipment sizing for air pollution control projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.
• Experience using CAD platforms and SAP software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Project and Structural Engineering Departments.
• Manage the engineering workload among team members and supervise deliverables.
• Oversee equipment sizing, calculations, and vendor bid reviews for project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement with quality and safety in mind.
• Generate reports on project progress, KPIs, and performance for leadership.
