Job summary

PepsiCo in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a senior manufacturing engineer to drive process improvements and lead the engineering team in optimizing production, safety, and quality for the U.S. market.

You will manage automation initiatives, cross-functional projects and support new product introductions. The role requires a strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, 10+ years in manufacturing, and hands-on CAD/SolidWorks capabilities, with excellent collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S/6S implementation experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop, track and report KPIs to measure performance improvements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for automation, equipment upgrades and installation.
