Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year leadership/coordination experience.
• Experience using SAP is preferred.
• Experience with payroll or time-keeping software desired.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP support to plant team, reconcile startup and end-of-run transactions, and address CoG variances.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with operations, supply chain, and finance.
• Manage production postings to protect financial integrity.
• Oversee staff scheduling and attendance tracking; ensure payroll inputs.
• Coordinate labor administration and staffing within elevated team member environments.
• Partner with Plant Leadership, planning and maintenance to resolve issues.
