Job summary

Plansee Group USA is seeking a Plant Engineering and Automation Manager in Towanda, PA to lead engineering and automation across multiple departments, manage capital projects, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering with broad experience in an industrial manufacturing setting, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and complex enterprise processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Chemical preferred)
• Extensive experience leading engineers in a technology-driven manufacturing environment
• Strong project management and multi-tasking capabilities
• Familiarity with OSHA, DEP, and PSM regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead Plant Engineering, Drafting, Automation, Electronics, Construction Services, General Maintenance, facilities and HVAC
• Oversee site planning and development and capital projects for production units
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and PSM program compliance with authorities
• Coordinate with Environmental and Safety departments for regulatory compliance
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities across diverse engineering teams
