Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital planning and execute the capital plan on schedule and within budget.
• Direct the capital budget, forecast cash flow for expenditures, and close completed projects.
• Manage the overall process safety contractor program and coordinate onsite contractors.
• Analyze downtime metrics and drive engineering initiatives to improve plant reliability.
• Provide high-level technical oversight to optimize unit operations and support long-term quality systems.
