Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• 2–3 years in facilities management or related technical field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, coordinate, and execute capital projects from concept through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, bid evaluations, and management recommendations.
• Coordinate activities among operations, maintenance, safety, IT, finance, contractors, engineers, and equipment manufacturers.
• Progressively assume responsibility for independently managing assigned projects.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and action items; resolve issues as needed.
• Conduct punch‑list reviews and verify compliance with plans and requirements.
