Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years plant maintenance/engineering/project engineering experience.

• Ability to work well with all levels of personnel throughout the facility.
• Ability to increase responsibilities after a period of time.

Responsibilities

• Owner for all plant assets; control and report capital and maintenance budgets.
• May function as a project manager for smaller capital projects.
• PSM (Process Safety Management) program lead for implementation and maintenance.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure plans meet desired outcomes.
• Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange equipment purchases; evaluate products.
• Analyze maintenance workforce utilization, predictive/preventative maintenance, space requirements, workflow, and equipment layout for efficiency.
• Provide technical advice on plant operations and prepare design/cost analyses for projects.
