Verto People Ltd on-site in Rochester, MA seeks a Plant Engineer / Process Engineer / Project Engineer to monitor plant performance, optimize emissions and efficiency, and lead projects from concept through commissioning at a complex industrial facility.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in power generation or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and licenses such as MA Second Class Engineer or US Coast Guard preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in power generation, utility operations or industrial process facilities.
• Massachusetts Second Class Engineer License or U.S. Coast Guard Engineering License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily plant performance and deviations.
• Prepare performance reports and support production meetings.
• Optimize combustion and process controls for efficiency and compliance.
• Investigate issues in combustion performance and reliability.
• Interpret boiler reports and implement recommendations.
• Manage modifications from concept to implementation.
• Oversee design, budgeting, construction, commissioning and handover of projects.
• Coordinate internal and third-party engineering resources.
