Job summary

Reworld is seeking a licensed power plant Operator/Engineer in Massachusetts. Must hold a Massachusetts Second Class Engineer's license or higher, with at least three years' experience with high-pressure boilers and electric generating equipment, or equivalent technical training and a high school diploma.

You will oversee steam generation, turbine operations, feed water and electrical systems, while maintaining logs, reading meters, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must have Massachusetts Second Class Engineer's license or higher and at least three years' experience with high-pressure boilers and electric generating equipment, or formal technical training with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Control operation of steam generation, condensate, feed water, turbine/generator, and associated systems.
• Read and interpret meters, gauges, and annunciators to determine operating conditions; take action per procedures.
• Maintain logs and calculate parameters; monitor equipment for abnormal conditions and notify supervisor.
