Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team to execute capital projects across Cleveland and Mentor facilities.
• Lead mechanical aspects: design, documentation, installation, project management.
• Develop solutions to improve equipment reliability and reduce costs.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation for teams.
• Ensure ISO 14001 and EHS compliance in designs.
• Provide capital cost estimates and project timelines.
• Specify equipment quotations to meet specs.
• Support Production and Maintenance departments.
• Coordinate with process engineering, production, and supply management.
• Supervise outside engineering/construction personnel as needed.
• Ensure safety, health, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Engineering management.
