Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment; food/beverage preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean Capital Initiative Management processes.
• Strong project management, problem‑solving and technical troubleshooting.
• Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• CMMS experience; SAP Plant Maintenance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, gain approvals for projects aligned with the site capital plan.
• Lead multiple projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Manage capital projects with safety, scope, commissioning and budgets.
• Follow Initiative Management processes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, QA, EHS, and IT teams.
• Develop technical standards and maintain site drawings and docs.
