WinCup, a foodservice packaging company based in Tolleson, AZ, seeks a Plant Engineer to plan, manage, and monitor engineering functions across capital projects, processes, budgets, and timelines. You will lead the Machine Shop team and act as the engineering leader, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in production manufacturing, CAD proficiency, and strong project management and communication skills in English. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years engineering experience in production manufacturing.
• Experience in foam, plastics, food and/or beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Analytical and mathematical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and project management skills to keep projects on track.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask in timeline-driven environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, CAD; PLC programming is a plus.

• Plan, manage, and monitor engineering functions for multiple projects.
• Oversee engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines; adjust as needed.
• Directly supervise Machine Shop staff to meet corporate demands.
• Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for the team.
• Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects.
• Check accuracy of work and methods used by team members; perform QA checks.
• Lead research and development initiatives for new projects and improved processes.
• Prepare and deliver engineering-related presentations.
