Job summary

WinCup seeks a Manufacturing Plant Controller in Tolleson, AZ. You will oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a multi‑line facility, partnering with Plant Management to drive profitability.

You’ll ensure financial integrity, lead capital analyses, and maintain internal controls while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and production yield standards. Expect a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Accounting required.
• 5–7 years in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong manufacturing cost accounting and plant controlling experience.
• ERP experience required (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with warehouse/manufacturing cost accounting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant-level financial operations including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Partner with Plant Management to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes and profitability.
• Ensure integrity and completeness of financial results and protect plant assets.

Summary

The Plant Controller oversees all plant‑level financial operations, including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners closely with Plant Management to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, identify cost‑reduction opportunities, and enhance overall profitability.

The Plant Controller ensures the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial results and safeguards plant assets for a multi‑line manufacturing and warehousing facility with significant operational complexity. This role is a key member of the Plant Management team and provides timely, comprehensive financial leadership.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Lead forecasting and budget planning
• Conduct capital expenditure analysis and reporting
• Perform accurate cost analysis and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize financial performance
• Partner with Plant Management to set annual standards and production yields
• Provide financial guidance and proactive communication on accounting issues
• Support capital expenditure requests and perform post‑project audits

  Education & Experience

  • B.S./B.A. in Accounting
  • 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong manufacturing cost accounting and plant controlling experience
  • Prior Senior Cost Accounting/Plant Cost Accounting experience preferred
  • ERP system experience required
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse/manufacturing cost accounting and controls
  • Prior in‑plant manufacturing industry experience required.

  • Frequent listening, communication, and information assessment
  • Occasional plant‑floor presence with exposure to machinery
  • May require moving materials up to 50 lbs (adjust if not applicable)
