Responsibilities

• Coordinate with city/county utilities, licensing, and planning during construction.
• Design facility, order equipment, and oversee installation within budget.
• Review equipment needs and advise on upgrades and capital improvements.
• Enforce company rules; report food safety and quality issues.
• Follow FSP, SQF, GMPs and GDPs; comply with OSHA and food laws.
• Collaborate with regulators and manage deadlines.
