Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Plant Engineer to lead facility infrastructure, utility reliability, and capital improvement projects at our manufacturing site in Lathrop, CA. You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Leadership to execute projects that improve reliability, efficiency, and future growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years of experience, with a focus on capital projects and industrial utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Strong understanding of industrial utility systems and facility operations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept development through installation, startup, and project closeout.
• Manage facility and infrastructure improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and operational performance.
• Drive reliability programs for critical utility systems, including boilers, compressed air, HVAC, chilled water, water treatment, wastewater, and process gases.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and contractor management plans.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns and major maintenance events supporting capital improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support facility expansions and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain engineering drawings, technical documentation, and long-term capital planning roadmaps.
• Ensure projects comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sustainability, and equipment reliability across the facility.
