Position Overview

The Plant Engineer works closely with the Director of Engineering and the Plant Manager to provide technical expertise for the development, design, and execution of capital, expense, and maintenance projects. The role requires ensuring safety, profitability, timeliness, and efficiency in all projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
• Three or more years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
• Experience working with vendors, contractors, plant staff, and corporate engineering to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with design software is essential.
• Thorough understanding of process control systems.
