The Plant Engineer is responsible for supporting plant operations, focusing on troubleshooting and continuous improvement across Production, Maintenance, Shipping, and Quality departments.

Essential Functions:

1. Lead continuous improvement projects in production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse.
2. Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance line performance.
3. Analyze performance trends and conduct root cause analysis for corrective actions.
4. Participate in problem-solving across departments.
5. Engage employees through a visible presence on the production floor.
6. Develop metrics to validate site profitability and feasibility.
7. Optimize production lines and work processes.
8. Establish and document new methods and procedures.
9. Monitor CMOS system to ensure no gaps exist.
10. Lead implementation of special projects, including capital work.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus at least 3 years in continuous improvement projects.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
