Job summary

What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will provideproject support for Burns Harbor, IN, Gary, IN, and associated satelliteplant operations
  • Execute the Management of Change (MOC) work process, ensuring all changes tosystems, equipment, and processes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented in compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Leadand support capital projects, process improvements, and infrastructure upgradesfrom concept through completion
  • Further, you will troubleshootplant equipment and systems to resolve reliability and performance issues
  • Identifyand implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety,efficiency, and cost performance
  • Monitorequipment performance data and drive corrective actions for underperformingassets
  • And you will maintainand update documentation including P&IDs, SWDs, and site-specific operatingprocedures, in accordance with MOC requirements
  • Travelapproximately 15% to support multi-site operations
What makes you great
  • You have a Bachelor’sdegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or relatedfield)
  • Minimumof 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills that strengthen collaboration across operational and technical teams
  • Computerproficiency with Microsoft products
  • Workingknowledge of Management of Change (MOC) processes
  • Abilityto travel approximately 15% of the time
  • Flexibility in work schedule to support operations during startup, shutdown or unplanned events
