What you will enjoy doing
  • You will provide project support for Burns Harbor, IN, Gary, IN, and associated satellite plant operations.
  • Execute the Management of Change (MOC) work process, ensuring all changes to systems, equipment, and processes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented in compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Lead and support capital projects, process improvements, and infrastructure upgrades from concept through completion.
  • Further, you will troubleshoot plant equipment and systems to resolve reliability and performance issues.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Monitor equipment performance data and drive corrective actions for underperforming assets.
  • Maintain and update documentation including P&IDs, SWDs, and site‑specific operating procedures, in accordance with MOC requirements.
  • Travel approximately 15% to support multi‑site operations.
