Magna International Limited is seeking a skilled Energy Manager for the Bowling Green area to lead energy and sustainability initiatives across multiple capital projects. You will oversee program execution, track savings, and coordinate with maintenance and environmental teams to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires experience in energy data analysis, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with management and staff to advance energy efficiency and cost

Qualificações

• Experience analyzing energy operational data such as electricity, gas, water and able to draw conclusions leading to improvement opportunities is required.
• Effective leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Educating the staff on energy reduction and sustainability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, execute and manage Energy and Sustainability Programs with continuous improvement and capital projects.
• Submit documentation and status updates for current projects and energy savings results.
• Present energy-related recommendations to management teams.
