Job summary

Vylor Inc. in Tipton, IN seeks a Production Electrician to ensure safe operation of plant electrical systems, perform repairs, and maintain electrical, controls, HMI, and HVAC systems on-site. You’ll manage work orders, support capital projects, and train others in preventive maintenance.

The role requires 2 years in industrial electrical maintenance, a Journeyman license, and strong NEC knowledge, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience and/or education in an Industrial Electrician/Maintenance field.
• Journeyman electrical license preferred.
• Proficient in reading electrical diagrams and NEC codes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and drive risk reduction.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Create, modify, and close work orders in CMMS with accurate labor and parts data.
• Support capital projects with vendors and internal teams and communicate across shifts.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HMI systems including Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE/ME.
• Maintain plant shop and maintenance tools; manage equipment records.
