Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Plant Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems, controls, instrumentation, HMI, and HVAC in a 100% on-site York, NE facility.

The role includes creating and managing work orders in CMMS, supporting capital projects, and ensuring safety, uptime, and accurate documentation across shifts and departments. A Journeyman license and PLC knowledge are valued, with a generous sign-on bonus for external hires.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience and/or education in an Industrial Electrician/Maintenance field.
• Holds a valid US driver’s license.
• Willing to work on elevated surfaces with fall protection.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic process controls understanding.
• Able to learn and apply mechanical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe practices and drive risk reduction to meet safety standards.
• Perform corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Create, modify, and close work orders in CMMS with accurate labor and parts data.
• Support capital projects with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain plant shop and maintenance tools.
