The job requires 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and the ability to read schematics, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience required; 3–5 years industrial experience preferred.
• Additional electrical certifications (technical college or manufacturing) preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Assist in implementing new control systems.
• Research and develop improved electrical controls and processes.
• Track recurring electrical issues and propose fixes.
• Identify equipment weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Train operators/technicians on operation and troubleshooting.
• Support maintenance personnel to ensure efficient production.
