Job summary

Vylor seeks a Plant Electrician in Toledo, Iowa to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant electrical systems. You will perform repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electrical, controls, instrumentation, HMI, and HVAC systems, in line with Corteva safety standards.

This on-site role collaborates with Operations, vendors, and internal teams to manage work orders in CMMS, support capital projects, and uphold accurate equipment records and PM plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in an Industrial Electrician/Maintenance field preferred.
• Journeyman electrical license may be required in some states.
• Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance in plant operations.
• Maintain electrical, controls, instrumentation, HMI, and HVAC systems.
• Manage work orders in CMMS and document labor and parts allocation.
• Support capital projects and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain plant shop and maintenance tools; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot HMI systems using Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE/ME.
• Maintain equipment records and site/system prints; update PM plans.
• Plan and lead maintenance activities with Operations to avoid production interruptions.
• Maintain Enterprise Asset Management system and provide user training/support.
