Job summary

Amrize is seeking an electrical/maintenance technician to perform electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations in a safe manufacturing environment in Ohio. The role emphasizes documenting installations, planning jobs, and collaborating with plant supervisors while maintaining strict EHS compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree in electrical/electronics, can work independently, and are proficient with PLC/PCs.

Qualifications

Must have an Associate's degree in the electrical or electronics field or equivalent training.
Ability to work independently.
Must have knowledge to proficiently utilize PLC/PC's.
Willingness to work overtime and respond to call-in.
Basic math, reading, and writing skills are required (English).
Electrical and mechanical skills are required.

Responsibilities

Safely perform simple to complex electrical repairs and installs within a manufacturing setting.
Document new and existing electrical installations.
Responsible for mechanical and electrical design and installation.
Repairs critical equipment with available parts.
Installs, repairs and performs preventative maintenance on all electrical equipment.
Must be able to work within a team environment as well as independently.
Promote a culture of safety and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
