Job summary
Howmet Aerospace at the Michigan facility is seeking a qualified electrical engineer to join the Plant Engineering team. You will maintain facility equipment and manufacturing processes from wax injection through finishing and NDI testing, ensuring reliable operation of electrical and control systems.

Qualifications
- BS degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing electrical controls and industrial automation.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of electrical distribution, manufacturing process controls, PLC and logic systems in industrial production.
- Experience with design, costing, quoting, and executing electrical systems and automation upgrades.
- Coordinate and install electrical system projects and support automation upgrades.
- Provide engineering support for projects built internally and externally.
- Apply TPM and continuous improvement to projects and equipment.
- HMI programming and troubleshooting
- Source and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC RSLogix software
- Use Rockwell Automation Factory Talk SCADA and Wonderware SCADA
