Job summary
CEMEX is hiring a Superintendent for Electrical & Automation in Miami, FL. This role involves ensuring the reliability of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at the plant. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in programming ControlLogix PLCs and HMI systems.
The successful candidate will also develop maintenance plans and manage projects related to equipment design and performance improvement, maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design/build/programming of ControlLogix PLC and HMI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design and maintenance on MV & LV equipment.
- Proven understanding of electrical regulatory and industrial standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability of electrical and control systems.
- Analyze and resolve failures in electrical, instrumentation & control systems.
- Manage projects related to design and commissioning of electrical equipment.
